Tourist base ›› Regional House Museum in Międzybrodzie Bialskie

Regional House Museum was founded by Towarzystwo Miłośników Międzybrodzia (Międzybrodzie Lovers' Association) in cooperation with Czernichów Municipality Office. The collection consists of numerous valuable documents connected with the history, culture and folk art of Międzybrodzie which is almost five hundred years old. Its beginnings are confirmed by a founding document from 1549. A copy of the document, together with a 16th century map of the Oświęcim Duchy, can be found in the House Museum. Other valuable documents attracting attention of visitors refer to the relations between Pope John Paul II and General Joseph Haller with Międzybrodzie.
The collection of the Regional House Museum includes ancient household equipment, farming and craft tools and folk costumes from the whole municipality.
The House Museum is located in the Culture Centre in Międzybrodzie Bialskie, 2 Brodek Street.
Open from Monday to Friday in the afternoon.
